The HR Executive (Fresher) will assist in day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR coordination tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Support payroll inputs by collecting attendance and leave data.
Handle basic employee queries and provide support for HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.
Prepare reports and maintain HR-related data as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes (preferred).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
