Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist in payroll inputs, performance management, and grievance handling.
Coordinate training sessions and HR-related meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
