Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for voice/non-voice and back-office roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, documentation, and induction.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and reward programs.
Support employee retention initiatives and reduce attrition.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and process attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Manage exit formalities including F&F settlements and exit interviews.
4. Performance Management
Assist in setting up KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
Coordinate reviews, track progress, and support managers with evaluation processes.
5. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO industry standards.
Update HR policies as per latest regulations and organizational changes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of HR best practices and statutory compliance
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
1-3 years of experience in HR (preferably in a BPO or ITES environment)
