We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Executive to join our team at Solitaire Malsi Farm. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry, a strong understanding of labor laws, and the ability to manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, legal compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate and conduct end-to-end recruitment for various hotel departments.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
Manage smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially.
Support employee engagement programs and staff welfare activities.
Monitor employee satisfaction and morale, implementing necessary improvements.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submissions and audits.
Stay updated with changes in employment law and communicate the same to management.
HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS updates.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and termination letters.
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
Support departmental heads in performance evaluation and development planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
