Address queries related to PF and ESI.
Manage recruitment, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
Develop job descriptions and facilitate training and onboarding.
Implement HR policies and analyze performance data.
Communicate sales targets and monitor team activities.
Conduct orientation, exit interviews, and manage grievances.
Prepare meeting agendas and conduct assessments.
