HR Executive
to support our day-to-day HR operations.
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience looking to build a long-term HR career in a factory setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with the accounts team.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling and engagement initiatives.
Support internal audits, workplace safety, and labour law compliance.
Coordinate with statutory bodies and support reporting/documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Law, or a related field.
1 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing or factory).
Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll basics.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
