What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially bulk hiring
Manage onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Support culture-building activities and internal communication
Work closely with teams to ensure a smooth employee experience
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ownership, sharp thinking, and a proactive attitude
Experience in recruitment or HR operations (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset for engagement and culture activities

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
