THE CHEMICAL CENTER is a growing supplier of chemicals, laboratory products, and instruments, serving clients across industries. We are now looking to strengthen our HR function by hiring an HR Executive to manage people operations and support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment & onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team.
Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR/Management).
1-3 years of experience in HR or administration (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools is an advantage.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
