We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee welfare programs, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as ESI and PF, and supporting overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Welfare & Compliance:
Administer and ensure compliance with ESI and PF regulations.
Maintain accurate records related to employee insurance and provident fund contributions.
Coordinate with ESI and PF authorities for timely submissions and audits.
Handle employee grievances related to social security benefits and facilitate resolutions.
HR Operations:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain and employee data accuracy.
Assist in payroll processing, including PF and ESI deductions.
Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Update and communicate policies related to social security benefits.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare periodic reports on ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain documentation for audits and statutory inspections.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
Proven experience in HR with knowledge of ESI and PF regulations.
Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Pay Time software.
