We are looking for experienced Human Resources professional to support daily HR operations and assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and record management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
Support HR team in planning employee engagement activities.
Help implement HR policies and ensure office discipline.
Coordinate with management for internal communication and HR updates.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
