Role Requirements & Responsibilities

?Building strong recruitment pipelines
?Expanding sourcing through local groups & communities
?PR & employer-branding initiatives
?Manpower forecasting
?Maintaining candidate databases
?Campus drives / walk-in hiring
?Pre-screening & document verification
?EPFO Aadhaar validation
? Daily travel to both school locations
