? Source and engage potential candidates through various platforms and social media.
? Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures.
? Address and resolve employee inquiries with professionalism.
? Collaborate with management to identify and plan for future hiring needs.
? Support the recruitment process, including managing candidates during interviews.
? Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Accounts responsibility:
? Assist in the preparation and management of invoices, vendor payments, and expense
tracking.
? Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
? Maintain comprehensive and organized accounting records and documentation.
