Core HR Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews Coordinate onboarding and offer letters

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

Orientation for new hires Handle exits, resignations, final settlements

Employee Relations

Address employee concerns and grievances Maintain a positive workplace culture Mediate conflicts when needed

Payroll & Compensation

Coordinate payroll processing Manage salary structures, bonuses, and incentives

Performance Management

Support appraisals and performance reviews Track goals, KPIs, and feedback cycles

Training & Development

Identify training needs Organize workshops, learning programs, and upskilling

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop and implement HR policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Attendance & Leave Management

Track attendance, leaves, and holidays Maintain accurate employee records

Health, Safety & Welfare

Support workplace safety initiatives Manage benefits like insurance, wellness programs

HR Reporting & Documentation

Maintain employee files and HR metrics Prepare reports for management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
