Medifodil Smart Pharma Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management activities. The role requires strong communication, coordination skills, and the ability to maintain efficient HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of HR processes, HRMS tools, and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and manage all employee joining documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Handle exit processes including resignation coordination, clearance, and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and digital files using HR software.
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Manage payroll activities including monthly payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, LOP/leave adjustments, and ensuring accuracy of employee compensation.
Prepare HR letters such as employment, experience, confirmation, and salary certificates.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory/labour law requirements.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support performance management processes including appraisals and probation reviews.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training and development records.
Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and compliant workplace environment.
