Role Overview
We are looking for an
HR Executive - Recruitment
to support our hiring operations across multiple client mandates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate interaction, structured hiring processes, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned client roles (junior to mid-level positions)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client stakeholders
Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback collection, and candidate communication
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Support offer rollout, negotiation, and joining coordination
Adhere to recruitment timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations
Candidate Requirements
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
Exposure to agency or consulting-based hiring preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of interview techniques and hiring workflows
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ATS or tracking tools
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for corporate, retail, or technical roles
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn
Good stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
