Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Kondapur, is for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, payroll management, as well as compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Executive will also handle employee relations, develop training programs, and manage administrative tasks related to human resources.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition Experience in Compliance Management and Payroll Administration Proficiency in Training and Development, Performance Management, and HR Policies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving, team collaboration, and conflict resolution skills Proven experience with HR management tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
