An HR Executive in a hospital manages core HR functions like recruitment (sourcing, interviewing clinical & non-clinical staff), employee relations (grievances, culture), performance management, compensation & benefits, and ensuring legal compliance with healthcare labor laws, all while aligning HR strategies with the hospital's patient care goals, focusing on engagement, development, and maintaining a positive, compliant environment for doctors, nurses, and support staff. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage hiring for various roles (nurses, doctors, admin), coordinate interviews, and onboard new hires effectively.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a liaison, resolve conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.

Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisals, development plans, and high-performance culture.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain fair pay structures.

Training & Development:

Develop programs to enhance staff skills, especially clinical competencies and professional growth.

HR Strategy:

Implement HR initiatives that support the hospital's overall mission and growth.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate employee data, records, and prepare HR reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
