Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews) Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees Maintain recruitment and hiring records
HR Operations & Employee Records

Maintain and update employee files and HR databases Track attendance, leave, and employee documentation Ensure accuracy of employee data for HR and payroll purposes

Payroll Management



Process monthly payroll accurately and on time Maintain attendance, overtime, incentives, and deduction records Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and salary statements Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations
Employee Relations

Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies Support performance appraisal and feedback processes Promote a positive and professional work environment
Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies Maintain statutory records and filings Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation
Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
