Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment and core HR operations. The role will primarily focus on hiring along with HR administration, attendance and payroll coordination, and support in statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity).
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
+ Post jobs on portals and social media and maintain candidate trackers.
+ Handle onboarding formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
+ Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRMS entries.
+ Track attendance and leaves and share accurate inputs for monthly payroll processing.
+ Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary processing and address basic payroll-related queries.
+ Support PF, ESI, and gratuity-related documentation and coordination with consultants/authorities.
+ Prepare basic HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving, etc.).
+ Address day-to-day employee queries and support engagement activities.
+ Share basic HR MIS (joiners, exits, headcount, attendance) with management.
Requirements:
+ Graduate or MBA/MSW in HR (preferred).
+ 2-3 years of experience in HR (recruitment + HR operations/payroll coordination).
+ Basic understanding of PF, ESI, and gratuity.
+ Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HRMS is an added advantage.
+ Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
