Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

HR Executive

with 2-5 years of experience to manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will support HR operations for both corporate and factory teams.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letters) Manage onboarding formalities and documentation Coordinate induction and orientation for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries Support employee engagement activities and programs Help maintain positive culture and work environment

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain HRIS/employee records accurately Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.) Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Performance & Training Support

Assist in performance appraisal cycles Coordinate training needs analysis and scheduling Support HR initiatives for career development

Payroll & Attendance

Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing Track attendance, leaves, and statutory reports

Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's degree in

HR / Business Administration / Commerce

or related field
? 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup
? Strong understanding of

HR processes and labor laws

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Good organizational and multitasking ability
? Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP)
? Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
