Position: HR Executive

Location: Gandimaisamma, Hyderabad

Experience: 2-5 years in HR operations, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment and workforce management

Salary: 20K - 40K Per Month

Qualification: BBA / MBA in Human Resource

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing recruitment, workforce planning, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and labour law compliance for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Recruit semi-skilled, unskilled, and skilled staff, including supervisors and QA personnel

? Coordinate with labour contractors and vendors for daily workforce needs

? Track daily attendance and maintain accurate records

? Plan daily manpower requirements and ensure timely workforce availability

? Address employee concerns related to HR policies, attendance, wages, and workplace issues

? Manage payroll, daily wage calculations, and timely salary processing

? Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain statutory records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
