Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a proactive and organized
HR Executive
to manage and support core HR functions. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who are eager to grow in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with partners and managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR communications
Support attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Employee Coordination
Address basic HR-related employee queries
Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities
Policies & Compliance
Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of employee and firm information
Support basic statutory and HR compliance documentation
Administrative Support
Coordinate HR-related meetings and training sessions
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
