We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Executive

who is an

MBA graduate

to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This role is ideal for

MBA fresh graduates

eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end

recruitment activities

, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination Support

employee onboarding and induction

processes Maintain and update

employee records and HR databases

Assist with

HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks

Coordinate with internal teams on

attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs

Support

employee engagement initiatives

and HR communications Handle basic

employee queries

related to HR policies and processes Ensure

confidentiality and accuracy

of employee information Assist HR managers with

day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

(Mandatory) Fresher or up to

1 year of relevant experience

Basic understanding of

HR processes and labor laws

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Good

organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to learn and adapt in a

fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

recruitment portals or LinkedIn sourcing

Internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus Positive attitude with a

problem-solving mindset
