HR Recruiter (Fresher)

who is enthusiastic about working in the social sector and supporting our hiring needs. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates who want to start their career in HR recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through free job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Post Graduation in HR preferred Basic understanding of recruitment / HR processes Good communication skills (English and local language) Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in working with an NGO / social impact organisation Must be an

immediate joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
