Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews & offer process.
Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, documentation & personnel files.
Handle onboarding, induction programs & joining formalities.
Coordinate attendance, leave management & monthly payroll inputs.
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), documentation & audits.
Employee engagement activities, grievance handling & conflict resolution.
Assist in performance appraisal process & training coordination.
Ensure HR policies, rules and regulations are well implemented.
Prepare HR reports, MIS & dashboards for management review

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment .
Knowledge of HR laws, compliance & HRMS systems.
Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
