We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented
Human Resources (HR) Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, ensure employee satisfaction, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
Support performance management cycles (goal setting, evaluations, appraisals).
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and orientation programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles (Freshers with strong interest may also apply).
