Managing end-to-end employment process, including sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding and exit formalities.
Collaborate with senior managers to determine staffing needs and candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews, conduct background checks and
coordinate with the authority for further evaluation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline and generate recruitment reports.
Support onboarding processes such as orientation, documentation, and system setup.
Assist in preparing HR reports, engagement activities, policy rollouts and supporting day-to-day
HR administrative tasks.
Proven skills with MS Office operations.
Proven Minimum Experience in the same field - 6 months or more.
