Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate attendance records.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support in disciplinary actions if required.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, trainings, and performance review cycles.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Administration Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facility maintenance, and supplies management.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams (IT, security, housekeeping).
Manage travel bookings, accommodation, logistics, and office events.
Ensure safe and professional workplace environment adhering to company standards.
Maintain records of assets, office stationery, and equipment issuance.
