We are looking for an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) who will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, source qualified candidates, and ensure timely hiring for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
(sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct
telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for understanding job requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain a tracker of candidates, interviews, and hiring status
Negotiate salaries and share offer letters
Ensure smooth onboarding process
Maintain HR records and recruitment reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and hiring process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions at a time
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals
Key Requirements
Must be within
35 years of age
Knowledge of complete recruitment cycle
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines
