ABODE School is looking for a dedicated and organised
HR Executive
to manage HR operations and support the smooth functioning of the school's staff management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with HODs, and closing positions.
Maintain a database of candidates and ensure timely hiring during peak academic seasons.
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate the joining formalities of new staff.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure proper integration of new employees.
Collect and verify employee documents, and maintain personnel files.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Track staff attendance, leave records, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll inputs.
Handle queries related to attendance, leaves, and basic payroll matters.
Employee Relations
Address staff concerns and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Support in resolving minor grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
Assist in planning staff engagement activities and events.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain statutory records and assist during audits/inspections (if applicable).
Draft letters, memos, notices, and maintain all HR documentation.
Performance & Training Support
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and skill-development sessions for staff.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labour regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle staff professionally.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
