We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on HRMS exposure, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters.
Support payroll coordination by ensuring accuracy in attendance and employee data.
Assist in employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and routine HR communication.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Contribute to HR policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes..
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
Hands-on experience with HRMS software.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance basics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
