Shrutham School - International is looking for a committed and proactive
HR Executive / HR Officer
to manage recruitment, employee coordination, training support, and HR operations for both CBSE and IB sections.
The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to handle academic and non-academic staffing requirements with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
End-to-end recruitment for CBSE & IB teachers, coordinators, admin staff, and support staff
Prepare JDs, screen profiles, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates
Coordinate interviews with Academic Heads and School Management
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, ID cards, and staff orientation
2. HR Operations & Staff Management
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, confirmation, appraisal data
Manage HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, warning/notice letters, relieving letters
Support academic teams during school events, orientations, and staff meetings
Handle new staff induction and policy explanation
3. Training & Development
Coordinate IB, CBSE, and internal teacher training programs
Maintain training attendance, certificates, and staff skill matrix
Identify required workshops and suggest relevant development programs
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
Share monthly attendance and leave summary with payroll/accounts team
Assist in staff duty allocation & schedule
Ensure compliance with school HR policies, CBSE norms & IB guidelines
5. Employee Relations & Communication
Address staff queries related to leaves, policies, HR processes
Maintain a professional work environment and resolve minor grievances
Ensure smooth communication between staff and management
6. CBSE & IB-Specific HR Requirements
Maintain qualification & experience records of teachers as per CBSE & IB standards
Assist during school inspections, audits, and IB authorization requirements
Coordinate hiring for PYP/MYP/DP teachers, HRTs, facilitators, Special Educators
Qualifications
Master's degree in HR / Business Administration
Experience in school HR (CBSE/IB) preferred
Strong communication skills in English
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace & ERP tools.
