Recruitment and onboarding
Develop and execute recruitment plans by searching for candidates through various channels.
Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding new employees.
Draft employee contracts and update employee databases.
Policy and compliance
Develop, implement, and update company HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Communicate policy changes to employees and train managers on their implementation.
Performance and development
Organize and manage performance reviews, providing feedback to employees.
Create and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
Employee relations and engagement
Handle employee grievances and queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
Promote a positive and productive work culture through employee engagement activities and events.
Manage employee welfare initiatives and ensure workplace harmony.
Administration and reporting
Administer and maintain HR records and employee attendance systems.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
Manage administrative functions such as security and housekeeping.
