We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with
2 years of experience in the automobile industry
. The candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, and daily HR operations to ensure smooth functioning across all company departments.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
Support
end-to-end recruitment
for technical, non-technical, and shop-floor positions.
Source candidates using
job portals, social media, employee referrals
, and local networks.
Conduct
preliminary HR screening
and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
2. HR Operations
Maintain
employee records
, personal files, and HR databases.
Handle
onboarding, induction programs, ID creation
, and joining formalities.
Assist in preparing
offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
Manage
attendance, leave records, and timesheets
.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate
salary processing
.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
, events, and celebrations.
Address basic employee grievances and escalate as needed.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Support statutory compliance activities such as
ESI, PF, and labor records
.
Maintain HR documents as per
audit and compliance
requirements.
6. Training & Development
Coordinate
training sessions
, maintain training records, and assist in skill development programs.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of
automobile industry operations and manpower structure
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of
HR operations, policies, and procedures
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and HRMS/HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
Master's in
Human Resources, Business Administration
.
Additional HR certifications are an advantage.
