Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee support, documentation, and compliance. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and induction.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and trackers.
Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and prepare payroll inputs.
Assist in performance reviews, appraisal documentation, and HR reporting.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth internal communication.
Support employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with management and other internal departments when required.
Handle exit formalities including clearance and relieving documents.

Qualifications
