Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection for nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and HR compliance as per hospital policies.
Maintain and update employee records, leaves, and performance reviews.
Support management in implementing HR policies and employee engagement programs.
Coordinate with department heads for training, manpower planning, and grievance redressal.
Ensure statutory compliance under ESI, PF, and labor law

Required Skills
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Good understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
