Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with a strong background in BPO hiring and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding,employee query handling, and exit/termination formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners. Manage employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues effectively. Maintain and update employee records and attendance. Coordinate termination and exit formalities in line with company policy. Support HR operations and compliance activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and labor law basics. Ability to handle confidential data and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
