Ensure timely processing of
attendance, salary inputs, and leave management

Coordinate and conduct
employee engagement activities and internal communication
.
Support
performance evaluation and appraisal processes
.
Manage
employee queries, grievances
, and provide HR support across departments.
Prepare and maintain
HR reports and MIS
as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
4-5 years of experience in
end-to-end HR operations

Strong working knowledge of
Zoho People (mandatory)
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
