Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Manager

About String MetaverseString Metaverse is a fintech and gaming company bridging traditional finance with Web3 innovation. With offices in the UAE, Hong Kong, and Canada, we are expanding globally and seeking a skilled HR professional to lead recruitment, culture, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end recruitment and on boarding for tech and non-tech roles.o Build a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture.o Manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).o Support performance reviews, learning programs, and employee development.o Partner with leadership on people strategy, retention, and HR analytics.
What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in HR (Generalist, Talent Partner, or HR Manager). Experience in product-based or tech/startup environments preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, ATS, and HRMS tools.
