Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Conduct initial interviews and assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address employee queries and provide effective solutions. Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate any issues between staff members.

HR Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with labor laws. Assist in the preparation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

Payroll Support:

Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements. Ensure all necessary documentation for salary, bonuses, and deductions is correctly filed and maintained.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and well-being.

Training & Development:

Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating programs and tracking employee progress.

General HR Support:

Provide general HR support and assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of HRMS tools or HR software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Traits:



Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.

Pay: ₹9,921.36 - ₹36,926.54 per month
