We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure proper onboarding
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
HR Operations & Compliance
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Leave Management)
Maintain HR documents, such as employment records and onboarding guides.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Construction field is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
