We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations at our law firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of HR experience (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic HR processes and MS Office tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
