Job Description

Source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles using: o Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.) o Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.) o Employee referrals and internal databases o Use Boolean search techniques and filters to refine search results. o Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers. o Coordinate with the screening or recruitment team for smooth handover of sourced profiles. o Ensure a high volume of relevant candidate profiles per day. o Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted profiles. o Proactively build a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
