Assist to head of the department for end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Coordinating interviews with department heads
Preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires
Attendance management :
Assisting with payroll processing (attendance, leave, etc.)
Managing employee benefits such as insurance, PF, ESI
Addressing payroll-related queries
Onboarding & Induction :
Welcoming new employees and introducing them to the company culture
Coordinating orientation sessions
Ensuring proper documentation and compliance during joining
Employee Records & Documentation :
Maintaining and updating employee databases
Managing personnel files, contracts, and HR-related documentation
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Exit Formalities :
Coordinating the offboarding process
Conducting exit interviews
Ensuring final settlement and documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
