We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to handle day-to-day HR operations and support the overall employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with management for performance appraisals and training needs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1-3 years of HR experience (generalist/recruitment/operations).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP tools.
Ability to multitask and handle employee queries effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
