sales, collections, operations, and support functions
in the NBFC sector. The recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
- from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, to final selection.
Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates' suitability, cultural fit, and alignment with NBFC business needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers and management.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards for reporting.
Build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles (sales, field executives, branch staff, collections, etc.).
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Work closely with HR team on onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of NBFC industry hiring requirements (sales executives, loan officers, collection agents, etc.).
Excellent sourcing skills using Job Portals.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services industry).
Experience in hiring for field roles, collections, sales, and support functions is an added advantage.
