to manage payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance in accordance with applicable labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in salary processing, statutory deductions, employee documentation, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and working hour records.
Manage full & final settlements, salary revisions, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
Handle payroll queries from employees.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely deduction and remittance of statutory contributions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Prepare and file statutory returns (PF, ESI, LWF, etc.) as per compliance deadlines.
Liaise with statutory bodies and handle inspections/audits.
Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per labor laws.
Stay updated with the latest amendments in labor laws and statutory regulations.
