Roles and Responsiblities



Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting first round of interview and onboarding new hires.

Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment.

Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.

Manage attendance, leave and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HR management or related fields, such as recruitment and HR operations.

Familiarity with HR software, labour laws, and compliance standards.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
