Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance using Keka HRMS.
Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and adherence across the organization.
Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers with reviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
Address employee queries, grievances and provide effective resolutions.
Support management with HR analytics and reports for decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech or service-based organizations.
Proficiency in Keka HRMS is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
