Job Title: HR Executive - BPO/Sales Recruitment

Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 3-8 Years (Mandatory in BPO/Sales hiring)

Industry: BPO / Call Center / Sales

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST

Salary: ₹50,000 - ?60,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 5 days a week

Cab Facility: Drop facility provided for female employees only

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Professionals with 3-8 years of expertise in

managing end-to-end hiring processes, specifically in BPO and Sales recruitment. The ideal

candidate will have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality

talent pipelines within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

? Source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles through:

? Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

? Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.)

? Employee referrals and internal databases

? Apply Boolean search techniques and filters for precise sourcing.

? Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers.

? Coordinate with the recruitment team for seamless handover of profiles.

? Ensure a high volume of relevant profiles daily to meet hiring targets.

? Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted candidates.

? Proactively build and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 3-8 years of recruitment experience in BPO or Sales hiring.

? Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

? Hands-on experience with job portals, social platforms, and databases.

? Good communication and coordination skills.

? Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

? Target-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.

? Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

? Bachelor's degree in any field.

? Must reside within 10-12 km of Malakpet or be open to relocating to nearby hostels.

What We're Not Looking For

? Candidates with primary backgrounds in HR operations, payroll, compliance, or

employee engagement without solid recruitment experience.
